The Newest Handbags for 2008

It was just a few short years ago that two sisters from the fashion meca of the world (Columbia, SC) thrust onto the accessories scene.  For the first time since Coco Chanel (a moment of silence please), women felt the unseen burden of having to carry a yucky handbag lift from their shoulders - or fingertips if you carried a clutch.

Since the first creations from "the sisters" - not to be confused with Nicki & Paris - the GreatBag look has changed a bit.  With the retirement of the vintage silver-plated flatware signature bag, a sleeker, more sassy design has been revealed.  For the newest handbags for 2007, we chose quilted cottons, a few stripes and a cheetah print.  To the delight of millions, this new grouping has made each who carries a GreatBag - prettier, smarter, more desirable, and luckier in love than ever before.

Amy S. writes that with her first GreatBag, her skin cleared up and
her hair became easier to manage.  With her second GreatBag - well
let's just say the pictures of her incredibly handsome husband and
those two adorable children speak for themselves.

Dixie N. shared with us via e-mail that she was in a dead-end job
and was having her "Jimmy Choo" shoes resoled for the second time.
After receiving the GreatBag tote therapy, she is now the CEO (and
best dressed) of a major Fortune 500 company.

We invite you into our site for an idea of what we are creating today.  After browsing, contact Karen at 803-407-6477 for information on how you too can become a member of the not-so-secret "GreatBag" sisterhood.

We may refer you to our retail partner near you.  If we do not have a partner in your area, we will provide you with shopping and purchasing information.

                              IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THOSE
WHO ARE "KNOCKING-OFF" THE GREATBAG.com LOOK

It has been brought to our attention by retailers, reps and friends that there are people who are making and selling handbags that are GreatBag "knock-offs".  We, our retailers, reps and friends and the handbag industry consider this stealing.

So, consider this your (and in some cases, your last)
                                             warning/request...

Each handbag design or related product created by, or for, GreatBag.com IS GreatBag.com property.  This applies, but is not limited to, the large and small ball chain handle (silver or black), the fabric combinations, the covered button (monogrammed or not, using any sized button), the button with snap, the bow and/or ribbon embellishments (in any color, in any and all placements on the handbag) and any and all hardware.

Should you choose to ignore this warning/request, you will be charged a DESIGN FEE of $3000 each month your GreatBag.com  "knock-off" product is on a retailer's shelf or sold to family and/or friends.  If you think this sounds extreme, just know that charging a design fee to those who make products using the ideas and the creative elements of other people's products WITHOUT PERMISSION - is an industry standard.  For those who we have asked (on several occasions) to stop making and selling handbags that resemble ours - and have refused, our accountant is preparing you a bill for  "THE USE OF CREATIVE DESIGN WITHOUT PERMISSION" that will include the months of and after the first "stop using" request was made.   We respectfully request that you have your GreatBag.com "knock-off" bags off all retailer shelves by April 15, 2007 and that you stop using any element of the Greatbag.com designs and/or design elements.

When you see a GreatBag.com product being "knocked-off", please let us know.  We will make sure that you receive compensation for your efforts to keep "knock-off" products off the shelves of unsuspecting retailers.

We, here at GreatBag.com, have built our business on honesty and integrity.  We are dedicated to providing our customers with quality products.  We have created handbags and related products that are of our own design.  Having started our business with only a small amount of fabric and a whole lot of prayer,  we encourage and support entrepreneurship - especially among women.  However, we think that whatever your goals are for your business, your success should come from your own ideas and not those stolen from others.

In advance, thank you for your cooperation and/or your check.
